Leadership
Connie Hawn, CEO
Connie has been actively involved in the discovery and document management business since 1988. She has been a top producer with every company she has joined, including her first foray in the document archiving and storage business. After a brief stint in the workforce management solutions industry, Connie followed her penchant for sales and her passion for discovery-related work, joining Legal Copies International and rising to become the nation’s top producer out of more than 100 salespeople. She found great success in scanning, imaging and coding work for law firms and worked extensively on tobacco litigation matters. After that company was sold, she took a hiatus to raise a family. During this time, she remained active in business operations for and a large shareholder in DocuForce, which eventually merged into and owned OnSite, before selling a majority stake to a venture capital firm. Connie has her finance degree from Georgia Southern University and, in addition to her role as CEO of Excelerate Discovery, remains active in the Atlanta business community and various charitable organizations.
