Excelerate Discovery offers corporate legal departments targeted ediscovery consulting services.

Our consultants are dedicated exclusively to ediscovery consulting and review management, and the many products and services related thereto.  Our goal as consultants is to research, identify and implement best practices, platforms and economic efficiencies that can be achieved within the scope of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (www.edrm.net).  We work with all parties involved in the ediscovery spectrum, from internal IT and corporate legal departments, to outside counsel and third party vendors—all of whom play an integral role in creating synergies and, ultimately, cost savings for you, our client.

Formed in 2008 by a group of ediscovery and legal industry veterans, our partners and consultants each bring their decades of unique experience to our client-focused approach.  They have all seen and participated first hand in the evolution of technology and document management into “ediscovery.”  With their diverse history, they each maintain a distinct perspective and expertise relating to executing an effective end-to-end ediscovery program.   They now bring this experience directly to you.
