Excelerate Discovery, one of the fastest growing e-discovery and managed review providers has launched its newest document review work-flow, RPM Excelerated Review^TM.

By combining advanced review technology, predictive coding techniques and attorney review at both the client and contract attorney levels, RPM Excelerated Review^TM greatly reduces the expense associated with and the time required for reviewing data.   The process relies heavily on rules-based predictive coding techniques, while incorporating attorney judgment at every level, as well as project management oversight, allowing Excelerate to offer a defensible, transparent and fully audited approach to automated review, at price per document far less than traditional approaches and at speeds previously unseen.

The new RPM Excelerated Review^TM has a standard work-flow running data through an iterative auto-review program that can code for responsiveness, privilege and as many individual issue codes as desired, as well as redaction and supplemental data identification not available in metadata.   Once the predictive coding process is complete (in days, not weeks), the data is hosted for quality control review utilizing contract attorneys and sampling based on proven statistical methodologies.   Pricing per document includes the automated review process, data hosting, the review platform and all user fees, the contract attorney review and all associated project management and technical time.   Other e-discovery services can be bundled with the plan as well and included in the per document rate.
